Living through the pandemic over the past year, many people have come to realize they don’t need to necessarily go into “the office” in order to get work done. This has led to a real estate boom in the suburbs and smaller communities. People are craving more space for themselves and their families and choosing to leave major centers in order to make this happen.
THE GOAL IS TO CREATE A SPACE POTENTIAL HOME OWNERS CAN IMAGINE LIVING IN FROM THE MOMENT THEY WALK THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR.
Cedar Creek Estates is a new development in Powell River, BC. A small town on the edge of the Pacific Ocean surrounded by natural beauty, yet you could be back in Vancouver by float plane in under an hour! Nicole and I have been working with the developer for the past six months to create a dream show home.
